Mr Chow has strong technical analysis and portfolio management in the US stocks and Hong Kong stocks.

Mr Chow is familiar with and has great connection in Southeast Asis markets, especially in second tier exchange - well trained from buy side.  He is team-work oriented, efficient and detailed oriented working style.

Mr Chow has expertise in (1) establishing company, setting up office and team in Singapore, (2) assisting company to negotiate with investors, especially in equity section, (3) introducing investors to company, mainly focused on board chain projects, (4) assisting company to issue and launch new currency in second tier exchange.

Mr Chow possesses a Bachelor degree from Iowa State University.
